  • Have 3+ years’ experience selling IT Managed Services (MSP) solutions to SMEs.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of consistent new business wins and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Understand how to communicate the value of MSP services and solutions in a way that resonates with SMEs.
  • Be confident handling a mix of quick wins (<3 months) and longer, strategic sales cycles (6+ months).
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage with business owners, C-suite leaders, and IT decision makers.
  • Be self-motivated, driven, and capable of managing their own time and pipeline without constant direction.
  • Bring energy, resilience, and a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

IntraLAN is looking for a driven and ambitious New Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a pure new business role, focused on winning new customers for our IT Managed Services, cloud solutions, telecoms, and cybersecurity offerings.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with SMEs across London and the Home Counties. While we’ll support you with leads through marketing and lead generation activity, you’ll also thrive on building your own pipeline through networking, self-introduction, and creating centres of influence.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the chase, relishes the win, and has a proven track record of consistently delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales of IT managed services, cloud, telecoms, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build your own pipeline through networking events, prospecting, and self-led introductions.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided through IntraLAN’s lead generation programmes.
  • Work closely with the Technical Director, Project Manager, CEO, and Commercial Director to shape proposals and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing material and campaigns that support your sales strategy.
  • Accurately forecast, report, and manage your pipeline via CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on annual recurring revenue.
