The Role
We’re hiring a New Business Sales Executive to win net‑new logo customers and accelerate our growth across [SMB / mid‑market / enterprise] accounts. This is a hunter role: you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, partnering with pre‑sales engineering to shape solutions that solve real business problems. This is an opportunity to be earning 6 figures and uncapped commission plan with accelerators.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full cycle: prospect, qualify, run discovery, shape solutions with pre‑sales, deliver proposals/SOWs, negotiate, and close new logos.
  • Build pipeline via outbound (email, phone, social, events), targeted ABM, partners, and inbound follow‑up; maintain 3–4× coverage on your quota.
  • Position SNO’s portfolio: Service Desk, Endpoint/Server Management (RMM), Cloud & M365, Network & SD‑WAN, BCDR, Managed Security (EDR, SIEM/SOC, vulnerability management), and project services.
  • Run high‑quality sales process using a proven methodology keep opportunities clean, dated, and forecastable in the CRM.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing (campaigns/ABM), Solutions/Pre‑Sales (design/estimates), Service Delivery (transition plans), and Finance/Legal (MSA/SLA/T&Cs).
  • Navigate procurement and legal reviews, master MSAs/SOWs, and drive executive alignment among CIO/CTO/CFO/COO buyers.
  • Represent SNO at industry events, webinars, and partner activities (Microsoft, Cisco, Datto, SentinelOne, etc.).
  • Report and forecast weekly; continuously refine your territory plan and ideal customer profile (ICP).

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of new‑logo B2B sales experience, within an MSP, Channel Partner / Reseller or selling Managed IT, cloud, or cybersecurity services.
  • Proven attainment against a new‑business quota (share figures in your resume).
  • Consultative skills: run rigorous discovery, build business cases, and align technical value to executive outcomes.
  • Process discipline: proficiency with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern outbound tools.
  • Fluency in IT services at a business level: SLAs, RMM, ITIL concepts, cloud migration/ops, BCDR, security basics (EDR/SIEM/MFA/Zero Trust).
  • Excellent communication: concise writing, compelling demos, confident negotiations.
  • Nice to have: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Sales+, Microsoft/AWS partner familiarity, basic pricing/estimation for managed services.
