Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE: NEW BUSINESS SALES MANAGER

Forget what you know about traditional sales. At Avon, this is a reactive sales support role — your mission is to help new clients find the right product, send them a pre-written quote, and follow up to answer any questions.
Think of it as part product advisor, part solution consultant — with a customer-first mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Understand client needs by asking smart, thoughtful questions
  • Recommend the right product or system for the client’s use-case
  • Customize and send pre-written quotes
  • Follow up to ensure clients are fully supported and confident in their decision
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office where accuracy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency are essential
