Your mission? Drive new client acquisition, smash sales targets, and keep the pipeline flowing with high-quality opportunities. You’ll lead the charge on client engagements, craft winning bids and sales materials, and be the go-to voice of the customer - making sure their experience is nothing short of amazing. Plus, you’ll team up with smart, cross-functional collaborators to turn great ideas into real results. What will you be doing? Drive new business growth for Business Central and associated solutions across target sectors Identify, qualify and progress high-value ERP opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO), positioning Node4 as a strategic partner Lead end-to-end sales cycles, working closely with pre-sales, solution architects and delivery teams Shape compelling, outcome-focused proposals aligned to client business challenges and transformation goals Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecasting discipline Collaborate across the wider Node4 portfolio (Data & AI, Cloud, CRM solutions) to maximise deal value What will you bring? Proven track record in new business sales of ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms Strong experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations, with demonstrable deal ownership and closure Retail sector experience highly desirable, with understanding of multi-channel, stock-led, and trading environments Consistent achievement of new business revenue targets, with a clear focus on pipeline quality and deal progression Experience navigating complex sales cycles, engaging C-level stakeholders and multiple decision-makers Skills & Attributes Commercially driven with a consultative, value-led sales approach Strong understanding of ERP-led transformation, ideally within Retail and distribution environments Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at board level Highly organised, proactive and resilient, with a focus on delivering results Team-oriented mindset, able to orchestrate internal resources to win complex deals What can we offer you?
