This position is require to handle daily NB operations activities including but not limited to New Business(NB) submission capturing, screening on completeness of new applications, registration, data entry and quality assurance (QA) checking. This position also requires to review AMLA/CFT alerts generated from customer screening and escalate with recommendation made to higher management for review and approval. It is important to ensure the New Business captured within turn around time and in compliance with the organization’s expectations and guidelines. Position Responsibilities: Handle processing and servicing of New Business transaction as per the agreed TAT Timely process Manulife Insurance Berhad workbasket items as per the agreed TAT Act as backup for other team members when needed Counter signing cases referred by junior members Involve and perform UAT and projects (at least 40% of the time) Handle emails enquiries within the agreed TAT Prepare reports and SOPs Other administrative duties and assigned duties as and when required by the HOD Required Qualifications: University Degree in any discipline At least 5 years’ experience in Insurance Industry, preferably in New Business Operations Able to work long hours, public holidays and weekends as required Familiarity with working with AS400 systems and Microsoft Office.
