Job Details Job Location: Highland Township, MI Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Description Xcite Automotive is seeking New Car Delivery associates for our new dealership partners in Highland Township, Michigan! Job Description: In this role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on ensuring each new vehicle is inspected, prepped, and delivered to customers in perfect condition. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to verify vehicle condition, cleanliness, and readiness for customer delivery Inspect inventory for damage or transport discrepancies and report findings promptly Assist with lot organization and vehicle inventory control Support new car deliveries, ensuring paperwork, keys, and accessories are properly matched Maintain communication with service, detail, and sales departments to ensure on-time deliveries Light vehicle movement around the lot as needed Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Must be able to work the evening shift (6PM–11PM), including weekends if needed Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Prior dealership or automotive experience (PDI, lot porter, or new car prep) Familiarity with vehicle inventory systems or inspection checklists Experience driving both manual and automatic transmissions Background in automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Beneficial Experience: Previous dealership, lot porter, or PDI experience Familiarity with vehicle inspection checklists or reconditioning processes Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments Comprehensive benefits package may include: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts and advancement opportunities Apply today to start your career with Xcite Automotive!
