Description

Jaguar Land Rover, part of Lakeridge Auto Gallery, is looking for a motivated and experienced Car Sales Advisor to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while driving vehicle sales. You will engage with potential buyers, understand their needs and desires, and present them with vehicles that best suit their lifestyle. Your role is critical in guiding customers through their purchasing process, maintaining strong product knowledge, building relationships, and achieving established sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales (luxury automotive brand experience a plus)
  • Passion for automobiles
  • Valid G Licence with clean abstract
  • Valid OMVIC
  • Practical experience with 180
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self motivated with a results driven approach
Responsibilities
  • Offer a premium buying experience through exceptional customer service
  • Practice active listening to understand customer needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable models and features
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, technology, and benefits
  • Assist in guiding customers through finance, leasing, and purchasing options
  • Stay updated on the brand’s models, features, and competition
  • Utilize social media platforms to showcase vehicles, features, and/or client testimonials
  • Create engaging video walkarounds and reels of high-end inventory
  • Build trust with a digital following through consistency and expertise
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the brand’s advanced features
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to drive repeat business
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM systems
  • Participate in all required Lexus sales training and dealership events
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays
