JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing your sales expertise to close deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in high-end or B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience in retail sales or automobile sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform cold calling and engage in outbound sales efforts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles is preferred.
