WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required)
• Passion for new vehicle technology and customer-focused service
• Valid OMVIC license and clean driver’s abstract
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on a mission to make buying a new Ford or Lincoln more exciting and less stressful — and we’re looking for a New Car Sales Advisor who shares that vision. You’ll be the face of our new vehicle department, guiding customers through modern, tech-packed vehicles and helping them find the perfect match — whether it’s a family-ready Explorer or an off-road-ready Bronco.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Present and demonstrate new Ford and Lincoln models with knowledge and energy
• Build relationships with walk-in and online customers
• Work alongside our finance team to provide clear, transparent options
• Stay up to date on current incentives, lease/finance rates, and product updates
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
