Join LSH Auto as a New Car Sales Executive and step into an exciting role where your passion for automobiles can shine! As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with customers to guide them through the journey of selecting their perfect new vehicle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, conducting test drives, presenting vehicle features, and finalising sales agreements—all while maintaining the high standards of customer service that LSH Auto is known for. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £27,010 plus an attractive uncapped commission structure and company car. The ideal candidate should have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in car sales, preferably in a premium brand environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong customer relationships. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving results. A passion for the automotive industry and keeping up with the latest trends. A full UK driving licence. To thrive in this role, you should: Be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Exhibit strong negotiation and closing skills. Be adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Show an eagerness for professional growth and continuous learning.
