At LSH Auto, we are looking for an enthusiastic New Car Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our sales to the next level! You will play a crucial role in showcasing the latest models and encouraging customers to choose their ideal vehicle. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with customers, conducting vehicle presentations, and guiding them through the sales process to deliver an enjoyable and informative experience. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £25,467 with uncapped OTE plus a company car or car allowance The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A valid UK driving licence. To excel in this role, you should: Be driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about automotive sales. Have a strong interest in the latest vehicle features and technologies. Be able to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Possess negotiation skills that lead to successful closing of deals.
