QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
  • A passion for customer service
  • Positive Can-do Attitude
  • Experience in auto sales preferred
  • Two (2) years of management experience
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License
  • Valid OMVIC License preferred

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
  • Desk vehicle sales deals
  • Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
  • Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
  • Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
  • Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed
