The New Car Sales Manager oversees daily sales operations with a strong focus on CRM activity, sales consultant follow-up, and customer engagement. This role requires a highly driven leader with strong closing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Compensation: Income is earned through a competitive commission plan and performance bonuses based on new car sales volume, gross profit, and team performance.
