We have a client looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manger to join their team at this successful prestige franchised site in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, professional individual who is talented, target-driven and committed to excellence.You must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a franchised motor site and be able to demonstrate a highly-developed sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care. You will be expected to motivate and train the quality sales team already in place, demonstrating drive, commitment and enthusiasm. In return, there is a a realistic OTE of £67500 plus all the usual benefits associated with working for a group of this quality.
