What You’ll Do Achieve results while maintaining a high level of exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Drive sales performance by ensuring the dealership meets daily, monthly, and yearly unit sales and gross profit goals. Own the forecast: work one-on-one with salespeople to set clear objectives for traffic, closing ratios, unit sales, and income expectations. Keep your team sharp through continuous coaching, hands-on training, and development. Motivate and hold the team accountable to ensure consistent execution and growth. Oversee smooth pre-delivery inspections in coordination with the Service Department. Implement factory programs and processes to achieve top-level customer satisfaction and CSI. A motivational leader with exceptional coaching, communication, and team-building skills. Strong financial and business acumen with a talent for turning strategy into measurable results. Proficiency with CRM, DMS, video tools, and Microsoft applications. Professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-first mentality. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
