Delivering high-quality customer service and becoming a consultant to each customer in finding the right vehicle that aligns perfectly with their wants and needs will be a top priority. Requirements Responsibilities: Product knowledge and presentation skills needed for presenting vehicles to your guests. Answer incoming phone calls, set sales appointments, and help customers through the purchase process. Manage incoming Internet customers in an efficient and prompt manner. Gather customer data for manager review and approval, per company required documentation. Explain vehicle service and maintenance requirements to your customers, as well as providing support to customers after the point of sales. Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, including explanation of finance/lease program options. Follow-up with customers who have not yet purchased and invite them into the dealership. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required. Basic computer literacy is necessary. Possess good organizational and time-management skills. Work well with others, as well as independently motivated and driven. Desire to grow through continued training and selling skills development.
