Responsibilities
  • Providing support for the development of NC COS reporting and ensuring it is embedded within the business as usual processes and reporting.
  • Following-up on saving initiatives and participate on the HP Variable COGS Group, aligning implementation and accelerating the saving initiatives implementation interacting with Procurement, R&D and NC Commercial Finance.
  • Providing support to the Senior Operations Finance Manager on the global reporting process for Group Operations risk management (New Categories).
  • Interacting with a multifunctional group to produce BAU (Business as Usual) and NPI (New Product Innovation) COGS, analyzing actual COGS and ensuring it is accurately maintaining in SAP; generating COGS Reports to support decision making process.
  • Providing support for the reporting and forecasting process for Global cost of sales & other financial dimensions.
  • Finance Management (Opex, Capex, Costs and WC Management): handling the forecasting and tracking of the main finance elements which sit with NC Costs.
  • Working closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide mentorship and advisory:
  • Assisting in supervising costs and identifying areas for efficiency improvements
  • Acting as a liaison between finance and operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
  • Providing financial insights for central initiatives.
