Description
Contribute to new product development through design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. Perform parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions. Oversee layout processes including floor-planning, placement, and routing. Implement verification processes using modeling and simulation tools. Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering teams to ensure manufacturability. Engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality. Drive innovation for future memory technologies in a dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in semiconductor design engineering. Proficiency in circuit build, arrangement, and verification using industry-standard simulators. Strong understanding of parasitic modeling and tape-out processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Experience with CAD tools and advanced design methodologies. Familiarity with mixed-signal circuit design and optimization. Proven track record to innovate and contribute to next-generation memory technologies. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
