Description
Contribute to new product development through design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. Fully understand design datasheets and circuit functionality, including timing requirements. Develop patterns and regressions to increase functional coverage for DRAM architectures and features. Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, track bugs, and close coverage gaps. Collaborate with global colleagues to develop new verification tools and flows. Own and lead projects to build solutions. Mentor engineers early in their careers. Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools. Create verification plans from functionality specifications in coordination with architects. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design. Experience in mixed-signal verification. Familiarity with analog/digital simulation tools (HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM). Knowledge of verification languages (SystemVerilog or equivalent), methodologies (UVM or equivalent), and scripting languages (Python, Perl). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for technical collaboration. Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA). Demonstrated leadership attitude and ability. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in semiconductor environments. Knowledge of memory product development and validation workflows.
