Identify root causes of low yield through detailed data analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve process and defect-related issues. Perform physical failure analysis, including sample preparation and microscopy (FIB, SEM, CSAM, X-Ray). Apply statistical tools to analyze product data and implement yield improvement strategies. Follow chemical safety and lab procedures; maintain certifications. Develop and apply best-known methods and innovate new approaches when necessary. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in microscopy techniques (FIB, SEM, CSAM, X-Ray). Experience with statistical analysis tools for yield improvement. Ability to work flexible shifts, including day/night rotations every 4 months. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Advanced expertise in sample preparation and microscopy. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or assembly defect analysis. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, and customer relationship management. Highly motivated with a proven track record of getting results.
