We’re Looking For: We’re hiring a New Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate multifamily construction projects while maintaining financial accuracy, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. As a New Construction Project Manager, You Will: • Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects — planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout. • Maintain positive project cash flow by overseeing billing, payables, and change orders. • Lead communication with architects, developers, contractors, and internal teams. • Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines. • Ensure work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements. • Conduct on-site reviews, resolve issues quickly, and maintain jobsite compliance. • Provide timely project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership. • Support continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews and sharing lessons learned. What We’re Looking for in a Candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field — or 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily construction. • Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and cost control. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain positive cash flow. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Valid driver’s license required.
