PAY IS $20/HR TO START FOR INEXPERIENCED HIRES DURING TRAINING PROCESS. ONCE TRAINING IS COMPLETED, AVERAGE INSPECTORS TYPICALLY EARN $50-80K/YEAR PLUS FULL BENEFITS.

Responsibilities:
- Energy inspections and testing of new residential homes (training provided)
- Review and analyze blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Support the construction management team in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in construction processes and quality assurance

• Specialized skills/certifications needed:

• Construction or technical background preferred, but not required.

• Resnet certification preferred, but not required
