Your Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients in the tourism sector. Address inquiries and assist customers with booking and travel arrangements. Deliver timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement. Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals and elevate the customer experience. Participate in training to stay updated on industry trends and services offered. Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Strong passion for customer service and the tourism industry. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
