As our New Deal Manager, you will drive DTSE's growth on the external market, owning the end-to-end acquisition of new customers, from lead generation to closed deal. Drive lead generation through own targeted activities and by coordinating existing sales infrastructure within DT, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Lead commercial negotiations with customers Ensure sound deal documentation and compliance, including customer contacts, requirements, volumes, decision structures, & deal plans Orchestrate collaboration across Expert Sales, Delivery, and Commercial Management Backoffice to ensure smooth execution through all deal stages 7+ years of relevant experience in sales with a strong focus on complex B2B or public sector deals Proven track record of acquiring and winning high-value, strategic deals Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills across functions and seniority levels Entrepreneurial, proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset We are committed to equal opportunity, and candidates with disabilities will be given priority when qualifications match.
