As part of the Corcoran Horizon’s New Developments division, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and clients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build rapport and establish trust. In this role, you will oversee the sale of new residential properties from the pre-sale phase through to project completion. You will work closely with potential buyers, providing in-depth information about the developments, guiding them through the pre-construction purchasing process, and providing support until the project completion. Your knowledge of real estate, market trends, and construction will be crucial to the successful execution of New Development projects.

  • Assist investors, customers, and clients through the new home purchasing journey, matching their needs and preferences with specific New Development projects.
  • Manage sales activities and follow-up tasks as required.
  • Present and explain various floor plans, features, amenities, and incentives.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets for new homes in line with Company and Developer objectives.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by clearly setting expectations and providing accurate information about the pre-construction home buying process.
  • Be committed to business development, representing Corcoran Horizon’s brand and core values with professionalism and focus.
  • Keep organized with follow-ups, CRM data, and event coordination to ensure a smooth process.
  • Attend and present at exclusive sales events.
