Description
Master's or bachelor's degree, major in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus Excellent knowledge/experience of PIM theory and method Good knowledge of Wireless Communication product Good knowledge on radio product design Good knowledge on mechanical, antenna design Proven experience in optimizing PIM performance in RF/microwave hardware components, preferably within the telecommunications or wireless industry. Proficiency in using simulation and modeling tools such as CST, HFSS, or other EM simulation tools for PIM analysis and optimization. Strong understanding of RF principles, transmission line theory, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) considerations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Effective communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiar with relevant Environment verification (Climatic, Mechanical, and so on) Open-minded, Good communication skills Hardworking and responsible Strong initiative and learning willingness Teamwork spirit Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm and well organized with analytical mind Fluent spoken and read / written English Comply with and follow the directive, instructions, and procedures in force in the company and RPCN
