PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for a New Grad – Warehouse Team Supervisor to join the team in our GES Warehouse on an overnight shift The role: The Warehouse Team Supervisor is responsible for providing the necessary leadership to ensure that the warehouse team achieves stated goals in the four key business areas: People, Quality, Service, and Cost. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders in all different kinds of departments in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Processing, Traffic, Maintenance, and Sanitation as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.
