About the Program The Calvary OnePlus Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) is a national program designed to support graduates in building: * Clinical knowledge * Practical skills * Professional behaviours for lifelong learning Through structured support and reflection, the program enables graduates to make evidence-based decisions and develop confidence in practice. This 12-month program provides experience across multiple clinical settings in a supportive environment.
