NEW GRADUATE SPEECH PATHOLOGIST – OODLES THERAPY

• Salary starting at $80,000, increasing to $90,000 over 12 months
• 6 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading & Relocation support
• Weekly supervision, PD opportunities, and access to workshops and conferences

• As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll:
• Manage a diverse caseload across ECEI, NDIS, aged care, and private clients
• Deliver evidence-based, culturally safe therapy in clinic and community settings
• Collaborate in a transdisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
• Engage with Aboriginal communities to build lasting relationships and capacity
• Participate in supervision and mentor student clinicians
