Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Australian Building Company VIC, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets.
  • Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential.
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills.
  • You will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services.
  • Well developed organizational and client management capabilities.
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.

While based at our Banksia Estate in Geelong, you must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations.
Weekend work is essential.
