The Sales Associate will report to and support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and providing a superior customer experience.
The Sales Associate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting Guests
• Demonstrating the show home
• Undertaking prospecting initiatives
• Overseeing customer inquiries
• Assist the Area Manager with generating sales
• Supporting the Area Manager with the sales process and administrative duties from purchase to possession
• Ensure the sales centres has required marketing material and all other supplies
• Request any service required for show home – ensure show home appearance is impeccably maintained
• Become fully versed and knowledgeable of our homes, our offerings and the communities where we build

• Able to work Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 – 5:00

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Proficient computer skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in New Home Sales required

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,700.00-$4,680.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
