RareBuilt Homes Ltd. is a premier builder that has been focused on residential and acreage communities in the Calgary area for more than a decade. With some exciting new single family and multi-family projects in the works we are growing and looking to add a New Home Sales Associate to our team.

Summary - We are looking for someone who is energetic, a team player, enthusiastic and has excellent customer service skills. Key qualifications would be-

• 2-5 years experience in new home sales is required.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about providing a top of the line customer experience to all prospects and customers.
• A passion for all things real estate.
• Outgoing, personable attitude.
• CRM software experience.
• Able to work show home hours.

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (required

• Touring prospective purchasers through the Presentation Centre, highlighting all features and benefits of the homes as needed.
• Providing an overview of the development, floorplans, finishings, and availability as needed.
• Prepare documentation including Purchase Agreement Documents , conditional removal documents, and amendments.
• Register prospects and make notes about their buying motivations and needs. Input into Hubspot.
• Communicate with prospects through text, email, phone, and in person at the sales centre and/or showhome.
• Document all needs in customer profile to ensure we can track a positive customer experience.
• Prospecting from current lead database.

  Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
