As a New Home Sales Consultant in the community of Ironwood in Riverside South, you are responsible for meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to new home buyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous New Home Sales experience is considered an asset
  • High school diploma or post-secondary education
  • Real estate market knowledge
  • Computer literacy with a focus on online communication and CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Generate leads through the CRM, show home traffic, referrals, realtors, email campaigns
  • Product presentation: Deliver presentations on Cardel communities and product line-up
  • Sales: Assist customers with their purchasing needs and administer the sale & purchase agreement
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer support throughout the sale & build process
  • Market Research: Conduct research on housing market conditions and comparable products
