    We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the Harris Doyle team! We are seeking a high-integrity, competitive and goal-oriented New Home Sales Consultant for our communities in the greater Birmingham area.
    Title: New Home Consultant
    Reports to: Director of Sales

    Job Status: Full Time, Exempt
    Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the New Home Consultant (NHC) is to facilitate the sale of new homes, both pre-sale and Quick Move, with an unwavering focus on the customer. The ideal candidate is an intrinsically motivated sales professional possessing both a strong ability to negotiate and excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid real estate license
  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • HubSpot or relative CRM software experience preferred
  • Able to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service
  • Work with Online Sales Consultant to move customers through the sales pipelines
  • Source new customers - help customers find their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Effectively present and communicate a variety of floor plans, features, and options
  • Uncover and understand the customer’s goals and then establish HD as the best solution
  • Overcome objections and close the sale
  • Help create and manage community marketing plan
  • Network and perform outreach to outside real estate agents and brokerages
  • Maintain and manage database of prospects in HubSpot
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and increase the goodwill of the company
