Responsibilities include: Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process. Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community. Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members. Understanding the loan process. Qualifications Must have or be willing to earn real estate license upon hire. Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years experience in high-end sales. Must be able to work weekends, evenings & some holidays. Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. Creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution. A proven background in prospecting, closing, and negotiating skills. An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to their work. Commitment to act with integrity. Additional Information .
