JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new home sales consultants to support both individual and team success. Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales Process Participation: Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement. Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct competitive market and trend analysis to inform sales strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting. Provide strategic insights on product, incentives, pricing, and competition to maintain and grow market share. Product & Community Planning: Provide input on floorplans, model homes, and spec home strategy for new community start-ups. Sales & Marketing Alignment: Advise on divisional sales and marketing plans to support business objectives. Operational & Strategic Support: Support broader business initiatives, including land acquisition analysis, forecasting, and process improvement. Document Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and timely submission of sales documents and contracts. Event Planning: Organize sales events for brokers and customers to enhance sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor sessions. Sales Presentations: Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in business/sales field or associate's degree with equivalent experience. 5 years of sales and customer service experience, including leadership in real estate teams and/or new home sales. WA Real Estate License required. NSS preferred, not required. Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets. Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach. Effectively utilize CRM tools and train team members on CRM usage for thorough lead follow-up. Effective presenter, comfortable with public speaking. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to lift to 15 lbs. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to travel locally throughout the Metro Area.
