QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of the Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience required
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and reliable personal transportation for regular local travel required.
