NEW HOME SALES: SALES CENTRE COORDINATOR & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

We’re looking for a professional, personable, and highly organized Sales Centre Coordinator & Administrative Support to join our team at a vibrant new home sales centre. As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing day-to-day support to the on-site sales team.
As theSales centre Coordinator & Administrative Support, you’ll welcome visitors, manage front-desk operations, and assist with administrative, transactional, and sales-related tasks. You’ll work closely with the on-site sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales centre and help create a positive, professional environment for both clients and colleagues.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and potential buyers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the community, model homes, and available inventory.
  • Assist customers with sign-in and registration processes; capture visitor information accurately in CRM or registration systems.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to appropriate team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (real estate or sales office preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning real estate CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with residential real estate processes.
  • Experience in a new home sales environment.
