As a New Home Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in both selling and delivering custom homes with excellence. This client-facing position includes new home sales, design coordination, selections management, estimating support, and internal project coordination.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years in residential new construction, design coordination, or project management
• Familiarity with estimating and selections software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar)
• Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of the home building processes
