Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Account Manager to join our busy New Homes team, who work with a large portfolio of Residential Developers across the Southwest. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service including client account management, supporting our site sales executive team and Developer and site meetings. This role also includes supporting our Development, Land & Planning team with site appraisals, producing tendering presentations and both supporting and leading at business development meetings. We have an extensive branch network across the Southwest, and this role will work closely with the local teams to ensure exceptional customer service levels for all of our New Homes Clients.
This is a busy, fast-moving role, and the ideal candidate will need to be resilient, have the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure at all times.
This is a full-time role. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
