Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for the Estate Agency industry? If you have experience as an estate agent Lister / valuer listing houses in the West Midlands area, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! At Countrywide, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a dynamic New Homes Business Development Manager to join our team covering the West Midlands area. Your primary goal will be to engage with house builders and developers to pitch and win instructions for new homes stock that our sales teams will take to market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers
  • Win new site instructions and secure Sole Agency agreements
  • Be the key point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Identify new business opportunities through a proactive sales approach
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless property launches
  • Ensure outstanding service levels to our developer clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities
