Our specialist New Build Developer Mortgage Service is a dedicated offering for housebuilders and new homes buyers, combining our technology, national mortgage broker network, and a customer-first approach to deliver a smooth, reliable mortgage process from enquiry to completion.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & QUALIFICATION
· Respond to and qualify all new build mortgage enquiries promptly.
· Complete AIPs and carry out soft credit score checks.
· Provide customers with indicative monthly payments and guide them on affordability.
· Hand over proceedable cases to our new homes mortgage broker team for research and recommendation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
If you’re a newly qualified CeMAP adviser looking to gain real-world experience, build your client skills, and get hands-on with the mortgage process — this role is your springboard.
As part of our New Build Client Engagement Team (CET), you’ll be the first point of contact for new build mortgage enquiries. You’ll guide customers through the initial stages — from enquiry and Mortgage in Principle (MIP) to credit score checks — before handing qualified, proceedable cases to our specialist new homes broker team.
You’ll also work closely with national and regional housebuilders, supporting their site sales teams to maximise reservations and deliver a best-in-class service for both partners and customers.
