Salary: £28,000 basic / £55,000 OTE
Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity with a premium developer? Maitland Selwyn is seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team, representing a Premiumhousebuilder and helping buyers find their perfect home.

• Meet and greet potential buyers, providing an exceptional customer experience
• Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion
• Conduct viewings of stunning new homes and confidently present the benefits of each property
• Manage reservations and contracts, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and site teams to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, working proactively to generate interest and drive sales
• Maintain the marketing suite and show homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard
