JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will be based at our sales office, on site in Carmarthenshire. We are looking for a negotiator to work up to three days a week, Saturdays included. You will be responsible for guiding potential purchasers through the sales process, talking through our availability and buying schemes and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience working within the New Homes industry or Property industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    Along with the salary, we will be offering sales commission on successful sales.
