NEW HOMES & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Due to continued growth, Fairmont Homes (NSW) is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team. This is a combined role that involves managing the construction of new homes through to completion, while also coordinating and overseeing the 90-day maintenance process post-handover.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a portfolio of new home builds to display home standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality. In addition, they will coordinate post-handover maintenance items during the 90-day warranty period, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day site operations of multiple new home projects
  • Coordinate and schedule trades and suppliers
  • Liaise with clients throughout the build and post-handover maintenance period
  • Manage and action 90-day maintenance inspections and rectifications
  • Work closely with the internal office team to ensure efficient job delivery
  • Maintain high-quality standards and compliance across all sites
