Role Purpose     Be the main point of contact with project team and ownership.     Work closely with Design and Engineering team on project updates and progress, support in escalating any potential risks to ownership.     Liaise with core team and key functions to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed in timely manner toward opening date.     Ensure all pre-opening milestones are completed according to agreed timeline.     Ensure Owners Portal and one force systems are up to date.     Communicate on regular basis projects updates, progress and accomplished points.     Ensure all governance, licenses and insurances are fully compliant before opening in line with HMA or FLA.   Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hotel Management At IHG, we’ve made a promise.
