Honeywell Buildings Solutions (HBS), Division of Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leader in building automation, fire, security, energy management, and software. Within HBS, our direct sales force creates and sells integrated solutions to our customers that achieve results. Our sales approach begins by working with the end customers, General Contractors and Specifiers to identify and prioritize their desired outcomes. We help them select and define use cases that will achieve those outcomes. From there we design the integrated solution that will deliver those use cases.
HBS is hiring a New Install Business Growth Leader for the US will work with the vertical market sales leaders to drive growth in the new projects business. He/she will be the primary interface between Sales and the Services LOB. This position will work fully remote (preferably located in EST zone).
The New Install Business Growth Leader - USA reports directly into the US HEAD of HBS Sales and is responsible for ensuring attainment of order targets and sales efficiency outcomes (sales results vs sales costs), building best in class sales programs, leveraging gold standard processes and improved speed to execute flawlessly across all Verticals to accelerate growth. This strategic role partners closely with Vertical Sales Leaders and teams to effectively support the delivery of the service STRAP and AOP commitments. Additionally, this role liaises with the Regional Services GMs, and carries the Pole Services number while focused on the install base and driving contracts, spot, etc.
Reporting to this role will be resources who uniquely identify, manage, and close large projects for HBS. This includes the MaxOutcome Team (2), and the Construction Ecosystem team consisting of 1 Sales leader and 8 Account Managers.
Travel Expectations: 30%, 1-2 trips quarterly, including overnight travel
