Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Manages a pipeline of consumer loan applications. Interacts directly with customers, internal partners such as bankers and underwriters, and third party service providers. Communicates terms, requirements, and conditions of customer's loan application and obtains customer acceptance (via email and phone). Expedites the origination process by keeping all parties up to date on the status of the application. Follows up with the customer, banker, and others as needed on any outstanding documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements. Researches and resolves issues related to the application. Sells features and benefits of products to customers, cross-sells other products and services, up-sells loan amounts, and encourages additional account usage. Additional Details: Pay: $20.00/hour Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F) In-office position: office located in downtown Akron, OH Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of banking, consumer lending, and/or mortgage experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent customer service skills, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up Ability to work in-office in Akron, OH Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Akron, OH.
