As a New Member Journey (NMJ) National Trainer you would be responsible for: Building scalable training solutions—including digital learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and improving process documentation—that ensures consistent execution of NMJ processes across all regions. Partnering closely with Senior Leadership, Regional Managers, Site Sales & Marketing Leaders, QA Leadership, and Training & Development to discuss operational needs and create clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
