Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Review (BPR) and Data Conversion Specialist to join our Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of business processes, data, and systems as we onboard new agencies and align them with Gallagher’s operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, data evaluation, and system integration, with a focus on claims data and agency systems. How you'll make an impact Business Process Review and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive Business Process Reviews (BPR) for multiple teams to evaluate current workflows and identify gaps. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement process improvements that align with Gallagher Claim and Risk Consulting and Gallagher standards. Claims Data Evaluation: Assess the extent and quality of claims data within each agency system. Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or areas requiring cleanup to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Data Conversion Strategy Development: Develop and recommend the best strategies for handling claims data, including: Cleaning up data in legacy systems. Determining if and how to convert claims data to Gallagher’s systems. Collaborate with IT and data teams to execute data conversion plans effectively. Agency Onboarding to Epic Download: Lead the onboarding process for new agencies to the Epic download system. Ensure a smooth transition by providing training, support, and troubleshooting as needed. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Claims, and Risk Control, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. #APIntegration About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required, or commensurate experience. Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 35-50% of the time. Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry. Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Insurance brokerage systems (ex: TAM or AMS360), accounting experience, and experience in Brokerage Operations highly desirable. Project Management experience highly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Behaviors: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including Corporate Executives and Branch Management. Professional assertiveness is key to this role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
